YOUR GIRL IS GOING TO SPRING AWAKENING FOR FREE!!
So I guess I have about 7 days to collect myself and prepare because it’s literally about to go down this weekend:
It’s so funny because my good friend from home is visiting me in a few days, and casually asked me to find a show to go to while he’s in town. Well I knew it was going to be a crazy weekend with the festival going on and everything, so I figured I would start looking for parties and after shows.
I came across and an Instagram post for a contest to win passes, and figured I’d enter – why the hell not, right? I was asked to simply explain why I want to go and that’s about it. Less than 24 hours later I got a message that I had won, and I couldn’t wait to tell my friend that I’d wildly succeeded at “finding a show”. Oh I found a show alright…
This will be my first time at Spring Awakening, and definitely a first time seeing a lot of these acts. There’s quite a few of my faves in there for sure, and I can’t wait to discover more! Here’s a playlist of a few artists I can’t wait to dance to!
