While it’s pretty apparent that I’ve taken some time off here and there, I haven’t stopped going to live shows and exploring new music. I’m honestly still exhausted with acclimating to my new job and work-life schedule, and just straight-up tired. I obviously still want to share a lot of music that’s impacted me over the past few months, so I’ll probably be catching up on a lot of older material in addition to new releases. Tinashe’s new track “Faded Love” is the 2nd single from forthcoming sophomore LP Joyride, which showcases another hot feature, this one from Future. After sharing a poll on Instagram last week, she let her followers decide what song she’d release as the next single.

Tinashe Kachingwe – singer, songwriter, dancer, producer, and queen off all-round secrecy – just pulled me out of my seasonal depression by not only releasing a brand new track, but delivered a music video the very next day for her single “No Drama”. The song features Migos’ Offset, has a chill trap vibe, and is presumably a cut from her forthcoming, soon-to-be officially announced new record: Joyride.
