Sultry songbird Jillian Banks shared surprise single “Gimme” today on Zane Lowe’s Beats One Radio Show, and fans (like me) are losing it. This marks the first major release since her 2017 standalone single “Underdog” and 2016’s The Altar. The new song honestly comes as a complete shock, as the R&B singer is notorious for keeping her forthcoming projects under wraps until they are essentially released.

Kevin Parker and the gang debuted the unreleased track “Borderline” in a dazzling performance on the Saturday Night Live stage just 2 weeks ago, and are 2 for 2 with new singles so far (“Patience” dropped just at the end of March.) Eager listeners are shook because this is the first tastes of new music since 2017’s five-track EP: Currents B-Sides & Remixes.

Montreal producer and DJ extraordinaire Kaytranada releases catchy, dance-worthy track “Dysfuntional”, along with the accompanying instrumental for your listening pleasure. The upbeat song features Nigerian duo VanJess and is (presumably) from the yet to be announced follow-up to 2016’s 99.9%. Listen up!

From The Spice Girls to Skechers ads, Apple computers to Ally McBeal – this video made me want to re-subscribe to Delia’s and call in to TRL at the same damn time.
