The 2017 Grammy nominations are finally out, artists are releasing music according to the moon cycles, and tour dates are popping up faster than I can count the last few days of the year. Between that and some really good new music videos this week – 2016 is the year that just won’t end.

Aussie producer Flume dropped some new tracks, R&B cutie Kehlani released a throwback-style video for a hot new jam, and there were a ton of good live performances over the past week or so.
Leave a CommentFollowing the likes of musicians like Tinashe, Mo, Ty Dolla $ign, Jojo, and more – NY noise-pop duo Sleigh Bells will be one of the featured artists on tonight’s episode of “Wonderland”.
In case you didn’t know, MTV’s “Wonderland” is a live music platform for popular and emerging artists, and has definitely been a step in the right direction when it comes to bringing actual music back to the lineup.
On the eve of their Jessica Rabbit album release (even thought it’s been streaming online), I’m hoping to enjoy some performances of new tracks from Sleigh Bells, and I’ll be grabbing their album first thing in the morning!

Leave a CommentRoughly a month ahead of their third full-length album Jessica Rabbit, Sleigh Bells continue to share some pretty good videos and tracks for us to jam to in the meantime. At the DJ set here, I swear I heard them teasing some new instrumentals – and I liked what I heard a lot.
