These are the albums I listened to the most in 2019, in no particular order. These records made the list for a few reasons: production, lyrics, concept, longevity, creativity, and more. These are the ones that simply don’t get old, and I am happy to take them with me into the new year. Doja Cat Emulates Her Namesake In New Music Video for “Rules”

Doja Cat’s feline instincts make their formal debut in the purrr-fectly crafted visual for her latest track “Rules”. This release joins 2019 hit singles “Juicy” (the remix featuring Tyga), and the spanking new ride-or-die anthem “Bottom Bitch”. The sultry track is accompanied by an unexpected (and unapologetic) Christian Sutton-directed music video.
