Now Watching: Rochelle Jordan “Next 2 You”

Happy Almost-Friday! And can you believe we’re already wrapping up another month of 2021? It’ll be summer before we know it, and that usually means a ton of new music and (maybe shows?) are thankfully on the horizon. I wanted to talk about an artist I just discovered a few weeks ago – the amazing UK-born R&B singer/songwriter Rochelle Jordan. Video Vibes: 2020’s Unforgettable Quarantine Performances

We all miss live music right? It’s honestly been forever since we’ve been to a concert. For me? Last February to be exact – so sad. But, I guess I am pleased that at least our generation has limitless capabilities when it comes to sharing media and content online. While the seemingly endless virus created a physical disconnect between the musician and the fan, 2020’s social distancing restrictions allowed for artistic freedom, thinking outside of the box, and an opportunity to push creativity to the limit in an attempt to remain continuously engaged with supporters.
