Just ahead of his forthcoming tour in support of his new album Starboy, The Weeknd played a small show in California last month. Tickets to the exclusive show were given out on a limited first-come, first-serve basis, and it was held on December 17th at LA Hangar Studios in Los Angeles.

Along with some old favorites, the performance included songs from the new album like “Party Monster”, ” Starboy”, and my personal favorite right now – “Reminder.”
Whip game, make a nigga understand though
Got that Hannibal, Silence of the Lambo
Hit the gas so hard make it rotate
All my niggas blew up like a propane
All these R&B niggas be so lame
Got a sweet Asian chick, she go Lo Mein
LO MEIN #neverforget
You know, I wasn’t even trying to catch this tour but the album exceeded my expectations to the fullest and those performances got me hyped up! I in love with his energy lately and he seems super confident in this record, rightfully so.
But I’m wondering if I can wait this tour thing out and see if he’ll play Lollapalooza again this year, because I’m not crazy about going to arena shows. But I bet that’s probably the best setting for what he’s got in store from a visual perspective.
Let’s see how this pans out when the tour kicks off in Sweden next month!
Will you be going to see the muh-fuckin’ Starboy?
