Part of her new visual album Double Dutchess, Fergie’s video for the singe “Enchanté” features vocal samples from her very own son, and stars model Kendall Jenner who flawlessly lip-syncs the entire song while being extra cute.
The upbeat, island-influenced track is so different from any of her previous singles, and has a very futuristic, electronic dance vibe. The introduction to “Enchanté” uses vocals from none other than Fergie’s son Axl – which are looped and incorporated into the track (and not to mention totally adorable.)
The visual uses really cool stop-motion beauty shots of pop culture cutie Kendall Jenner inside of a what I would call a minimalist art piece (?), doing repetitive day-to-day activities (in high fashion looks, of course). Every scene is so creative and detailed, and I can’t deny that every outfit looks amazing on Kendall.
This is definitely my favorite video from Fergie’s recent release, and I am so glad she took a risk and tried something different – both sonically and visually. Check it out below and let me know what you think!
