So on Nov 11, I’m already going to the Chicago stop of their North American Fall Tour, but I just got an email today that they’re doing a DJ Set that same night as part of their “After Dark Series”. UM – yes, please! I was already feeling extra salty when their set was “upgraded” from Concord Music Hall to Riviera Theatre, and now I’m good since I get another shot at seeing them back where I imagined I would.

This 15-track “mixtape” clearly has studio cuts of pretty much all of the new/unreleased tracks she performed on her Joyride Tour, so I’m wondering if future-Joyride will be ALL NEW MATERIAL? Thankfully her material has withstood the test of time, but I’m really excited to listed to new stuff FOR REAL.

The Weeknd is heading out on tour! (You’ve got time to save money, don’t worry). Future H&M boy is taking Starboy on tour early next year, with U.S. dates starting in late April. Recently stating that this album was heavily inspired and influenced by the passing of both Prince and David Bowie, I’m anticipating this tour being a true sensory experience with a much different vibe and vision than the past.
With the album title being a direct homage to Bowie’s “Starman”, this is sure to be a tour worth catching and I’m looking forward to the album release this month. See the dates and get tickets here.
