SKIN 2016/2017 WORLD TOUR – FAVORITE TRACKS
Just a quick playlist featuring standout tracks from the Skin World Tour. These aren’t necessarily brand new songs, but each have gotten better and better each time I hear them live (and were the main reason I stood in a lightning storm and got rained on for 6 hours at Summerfest last week).
The first time I saw Flume live was 2016 Lollapalooza, which was triggered by my obsession over the release of Skin. I’d definitely heard of his music here and there, but had never listened to his concepts in full. At the show, I came across so many remixes I’d never heard of – and realized I had a lot of discovery ahead of me with his music. His set was literally the highlight of the festival for me and one of the true headliner of that day.

A year and a few shows later – I am still constantly listening to his music and having flashbacks of dancing to these particular tracks. Check out some of the highlights for me, and I can’t wait to see what’s next for Flume now that the Skin “era” has (sadly) ended!
